Plain English Summary: Try VoxiQa free for 14 days — no card required. If you subscribe and decide within 14 days of your first paid charge that VoxiQa isn’t for you, email billing@voxiqa.com for a full refund. You can cancel anytime; there are no long-term contracts.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in VoxiQa. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first paid subscription payment within 14 days of the date that payment is charged. This applies to your first paid monthly or annual subscription payment after your free trial ends.
To qualify, simply contact us within the 14-day window (see Section 6). No justification is required. We will cancel your subscription and refund the full amount of that payment to your original payment method.
The money-back guarantee applies once per account and covers your first paid term only. It does not apply to subsequent renewal payments, which are covered by Sections 3 and 4 below.
2. Free Trial First
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to begin. You are not charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund for the trial period itself. A paid subscription — and therefore the money-back guarantee in Section 1 — begins only when you choose to add a payment method and continue after the trial.
3. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting billing@voxiqa.com. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Except for the money-back guarantee in Section 1 and the service-credit provision in Section 4, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
4. After the Guarantee Period
Once the 14-day guarantee window has passed, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except:
- Service outages: if you experience a material service outage of more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period. Such requests must be submitted within 30 days of the outage.
- Where required by law: we will always honor refund and consumer-protection rights that apply to you under mandatory applicable law.
- Billing errors: if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
5. How Payments & Refunds Are Processed
Payments for VoxiQa subscriptions are handled by our authorized third-party payment processor, which may act as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for your purchase. Where this applies, the processor is the seller of record for the transaction, appears on your card statement and receipt, and is responsible for collecting any applicable sales tax. The payment processor’s buyer terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to this policy.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through that processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for a refunded amount to appear on your statement.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@voxiqa.com from the email address associated with your account and include:
- Your account email and business name
- Whether you are requesting the 14-day money-back guarantee or a refund under Section 4
- A brief description of the reason (optional for the money-back guarantee)
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Where your purchase was processed by a Merchant of Record, you may alternatively request a refund directly through the processor using the contact details shown on your payment receipt.
